this should be stressed, if your email address needs changing its simpler in the end to click the hr link on homepage to send an email to me with the info.
if you try to edit it yourself you stand a high chance of being locked out of the forums due to spelling mistake or no access to original email account.
so just click the link to send me an email and I can do it without locking your account.
